Responsibilities include working with Account Executives to manage a smooth project start. Program Managers also negotiate contracts, coordinate design and technology staff activities, represent clients internally, maintain job review sites, create and manage budgets and schedules, hire contractors as needed and maintain team morale. Program Managers will negotiate with discipline leads for resource planning and allocation to projects.
