Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior , Environmental Design or related degree. Minimum of 6 years directly related experience with retail/interior design, preferably in beauty or fashion retail industry. Creative thinking, attention to details, good communication and presentation skills. Self-starter capable of working with little direction and under time constraints. Natural talent / appreciation for beauty business & fashion. Natural talent / appreciation interior designing and / or architecture. Leadership (multi-functional capable) / Strategic Thinking / Creativity. Strong command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
