Netherlands designer Lotte van Laatum has gone one step further with her glass pendant lamp Watt's New? shaping the energy saving bulb's tubes into petals to complete the design. We first saw this kind of experimentation with Hulger's Plumen Project at the Designersblock exhibition in London last year which creates some interesting design opportunities to explore.
